1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

4Win reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be terminated and any remaining balance returned after deduction of any applicable chargeback fees.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted one (1) active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same user — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and balance freeze without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your registration details are accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Notifying 4Win immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which involves submitting identity documents and proof of address when requested.

4. Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

4Win supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX, local bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, as well as cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its equivalent.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20, depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3 minutes for online payment methods.
• 4Win does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours upon verification.
• For security and anti-money laundering purposes, your withdrawal method must match your original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a security review or KYC verification is in progress.
• 4Win reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawal requests.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 4Win are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotional offer. Rollover requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, or used on excluded games without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to unfairly meet rollover requirements, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• 4Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

6. Game Rules & Integrity

All games offered on the 4Win platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. This ensures every round, spin, and game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 4Win itself.

For live casino games, all tables are streamed live with real dealers from a licensed studio. Gaming session recordings are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4Win platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.

4Win is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from system disruption or failure beyond our control, including the user's own internet connection failure.

• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set the maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period.

11. Account Termination & Closure

4Win reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

12. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
